RETURN POLICY

Cancellation Policy

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. Once the product has been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.

Return Policy

• We accept returns of products. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return process.
• Return address: Room 901, Building 6, No. 1818-2, West Wenyi Road, Yuhang Street, Yuhang District, Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. Please contact global@katvr.com before returning the item. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
• The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Process

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will email you a receipt confirmation within 2 business days. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days. 

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund is delayed or missing, please contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Then, contact your bank, as there is often a processing period before refunds are posted. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at global@katvr.com.
