Cancellation Policy

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. Once the product has been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.

Return Policy

  1. You have the right to return any products within 30 days from the date of receipt, provided that the item is unopened and in its original packaging.
  2. For products that have been opened or used, returns must be requested within14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the buyer must provideall accessories and the original packaging, as well as the applicable proof of purchase (i.e., Order screenshot and payment proof). Buyers will be responsiblefor the cost of returning the products.
  3. If, upon return, it is determined that the products have been used, damaged, aremissing components, and/or are not in a resalable condition, we will chargearestocking fee or otherwise reduce the amount of your refund to account for thisuse, damage, or any missing components.
  4. If you believe that the product you received is non-functional, defective, or otherwise not as described, please contact service@katvr.com, and we will arrange for a technical expert to contact you. Our goal is to provide you withthenecessary assistance and guidance to ensure proper setup and to address anypotential misunderstandings.

Return Process

  1. Contact our service team at service@katvr.com. Provide your order number, name, and the list of products you wish to return, along with the return reason.
  2. Our team will review your request.
  3. After approval, we will provide you with a printable return label. Your order will then be picked up by our courier. Please note that this return label is availablewithin Mainland United States and Canada, where our shipping agent operates. For returns from Europe, South America, Asia, and Africa, we will provide a returnaddress, and you will be responsible for contacting a logistics company to returnthe product. After shipping, please provide the tracking number to service@katvr.com.

Refund Process

  1. The returned item arrives back in KATVR’s warehouse for inspection.
  2. We will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund request or anypartial deduction of fees within 2 business days.
  3. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automaticallyapplied to your credit card or original method of payment within 15 businessdays.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund is delayed or missing, please contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Then, contact your bank, as thereis often a processing period before refunds are posted.
