- The lifetime warranty begins after the first 365 days from the date of treadmill purchase, following the standard one-year warranty period.
- One replacement pair per eligible user per year.
- New users only.
- Applicable only to treadmill purchases made on or after October 31, 2025.
- Available exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable to subsequent owners.
