Purchase a Steam Frame separately through the official sales channel, either before or after purchasing your KAT VR treadmill.

Step 3 — Keep Your Steam Frame
Once the Steam Frame has passed its applicable refund period, provide:

• Steam Frame purchase receipt/order confirmation
• Screenshot showing your Steam Frame
• KAT VR treadmill order information

Step 4 — Receive $50 Back
After verification, we’ll issue a $50 refund from your original KAT VR treadmill order.

To qualify:

• The Steam Frame must have passed its applicable refund period.
• You must provide valid proof of purchase and ownership for verification.
